VOLUNTEER:

Volunteers are vital to helping ICAN achieve its mission in Hoosier communities, and various opportunities exist for you to help ICAN unleash abilities and change lives.

ICAN's volunteer needs fall under these main categories:

Dog-Related Opportunities

• Work with the dogs in training for service work, assisting with such things as pup starting, furloughing a dog, dog transportation, etc.

  Client-Related Opportunities
  
  • Work with potential and existing clients, assisting with such things as annual recertification, continuing education, applicant home visits, team training, etc.

    Event-Based Opportunities
    
    • Take a hands-on role in planning and implementing various aspects of ICAN events such as the annual golf outing, ICAN Dine events, conducting presentations, etc.
